2011-12 Fundraising Meeting

RAPT is reviewing the fundraising objectives of the school (both RAPT and non-RAPT initiatives) for the 2011-12 School Year. We will be holding an open meeting on Wednesday, April 13 at 1pm at the school to develop Fundraising Models and a Fundraising Calendar for consideration at the next RAPT meeting. We invite all interested parties to attend, however, if you are unable to do so please feel free to add any comments or suggestions on fundraising as a comment below this posting.

Wanted: Pizza Lunch Volunteers

We are running low on volunteers for Pizza Lunch for the remainder of the school year. If you can assist by helping at the Pizza Lunch on either April 15th or May 13th, please contact our Pizza Lunch Volunteer Coordinator, Judy at judyrayman@rogers.com or by commenting to this post.

Kids love to see their parents helping at Pizza Lunch. The commitment is generally 30-45 minutes of time starting at 11:20.

Beach Party Update

The money has been counted and we were able to raise over $700 through ticket, food and raffle sales at the Beach Party on February 24th. Thank you again to everyone who helped out.
