Welcome 2012

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We hope everyone is enjoying their last few days of the break. School starts back on Monday and RAPT begins our year on Tuesday with a meeting at 6pm in the library. Babysitting will be provided.

Also on the schedule for January is our Alyson Schaffer presentation (scheduled for January 19 - please stay tuned for details). Also, don't forget the Spirit Days that support Grade 6 graduation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Holiday Luncheon to kick off the Holiday Season.  However you celebrate, and whether you spend it near or afar, we wish you joyous celebrations with family & friends and a happy, healthy 2012.

School Spirit!

Did you know you can raise school spirit and help the Grade 6's at the same time?  Every Friday for December and January the Grade 6's are hosting special spirit days.  Dress accordingly and donate a toonie to help fund their trip and graduation.  The remaining Spirit Days are as follows:

Dec. 23 – PJ Day

Jan. 13 – Crazy Hat Day

Jan. 20 – School Colours Day (Rippleton wear or blue/white clothing)

Jan. 27 – Twin Day (students wear similar clothing to a friend)

Feb. 3 - TBA

Good luck to the Boys Volleyball Team

Our Grade 5/6 Boys Volleyball Team will be competing in the City Championships on Dec. 20th.  We wish them good luck and much success.  GO ROADRUNNERS!
