Discussion occurred regarding the logistics of holding this event in conjunction with the BBQ. It was determined that the BBQ would move ahead this year however, new volunteers will be needed to make this event run smoothly.

RAPT has been allotted $500 by the School Board as Parent Engagement funds. We have discussed installation a notice board at the playground entrance to improve communication with parents. The Board would be weather resistant, lockable, and shatter resistant. $200 more from RAPT funds would be required for this project.
