Speaker Biography: 
Sgt. Wendy Drummond has been a police officer with Toronto Police Service for 21 years, with 10 of those years spent as a relations officer/spokesperson for the Service. She has been using Social Media since 2009 and is currently assigned to the Strategy Management Unit -coordinating all the Social Media use for the Service. She is a mom of 3 kids with ages 13, 12 and 9. 

Presentation Outline: 
What is Social Media? – simple break down of the history of social media 
Who uses it? – dangers of who can access your information and gain your trust 
Why do people us it? - Fun, social, bullying, criminal activities 
Is it right for you? 
How to make it right for you – recognizing that what you post now may affect you later. 
How to protect yourself with security features and common sense.
